The CEHS director or a representative will visit the schools participating in the customized orientation program to meet the students and participate in one or more orientation sessions to help prepare students for the exciting and rewarding experience of study abroad in Segovia, Spain.
All groups are picked up at Madrid/Barajas airport by chartered bus and transported to Segovia.
Students participating independently will have on-line orientation before the start of the programs.
Students making their own flight arrangments will be given a time frame for arrival if they wish to be transferred to Segovia by chartered bus with the rest of the group.
There is also an on-site orientation program in place for students after they arrive.
