INFORMATION FOR COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES:

The Center is happy to host two summer sessions of four weeks in length.  Let us work with you to design the program of greatest benefit to your students. 

The summer programs offer the same features: strong academics, family stays, excursions, computer and internet access, and language exchanges. In addition, a member of the guest university's faculty is invited to accompany the group, and the budget will include the payment of a stipend to this person for teaching one class, and pay for his/her airfare and lodging costs (not including meals).

Generally, in this kind of program we would offer two or three classes, and we would include an exciting cultural excursion package: One 4 or 5-day excursion to Andalucía or Barcelona, a weekend in Madrid, and three one-day excursions.  We of course will also be visiting many sites within Segovia.

Program dates and prices

The program price will be dependent on the number of students the College enrolled, and the program components that the College or University wishes to have included in its program package.  For example, the estimated per-student price in 2010 for a program of 28 days with 10 students would be 2,300 euros.  The program dates would also be determined in consultation with the college or university that establishes its program at the Center.
